The Senior Research Analyst/ Analyst will be responsible for leading impact assessment studies, Social Return on Investment (SROI) analyses, and end-to-end evaluations across social sector programs.
Key responsibilities include developing research designs (baseline, midline, endline frameworks), managing primary and secondary data collection, and conducting rigorous quantitative and qualitative analyses.
The role requires strong expertise in SROI calculations, value-for-money assessments, and alignment with OECD-DAC evaluation criteria.
The analyst will prepare detailed impact reports, case studies, and actionable recommendations for CSR, nonprofit, and multilateral agency clients.
Proficiency in developing theories of change, outcome harvesting, and contribution analysis will be essential.
Experience in managing field teams, designing surveys using digital tools (e.g., KoboToolbox, SurveyCTO), and stakeholder consultation will be preferred.
Strong skills in statistical software (SPSS, STATA, or R) and report writing are necessary.
A minimum of 46 years of experience in the social/development sector and a master's degree in economics, public policy, development studies, or related fields is required.
