Salary: USD 740-1481 / month (based on experience)

Expected Notice Period: 45 Days

Shift: (GMT-04:00) America/New_York (EDT)

Opportunity Type: Remote

Placement Type: Part Time Contract for 3 Months (20 hrs a week/80 hrs a month)

Job Summary:

The Social Media Marketing Specialistwill be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategyto increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts.The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of various social mediaplatforms, excellent communication skills, and a creative mindset. We arelooking for a dynamic, ambitious, and outgoing individual who can thrive in afast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manageour social media strategy across various platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter,Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
  • Create engaging and shareablecontent, including graphics, videos, and written posts, tailored to eachplatform.
  • Plan and execute social mediacampaigns to promote our products and services.
  • Monitor and analyze socialmedia metrics to track the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies asneeded.
  • Manage and grow our socialmedia community by engaging with followers and responding to comments andmessages in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the productand sales teams to create compelling content that highlights our products'features and benefits.
  • Monitor product page trafficand analyze trends to optimize engagement and conversion.
  • Perform competitive analysis tostay informed about industry trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latestsocial media trends, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in socialmedia marketing, either through internships, freelance work, or previousemployment.
  • Strong understanding of socialmedia platforms, including LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and others.
  • Excellent written and verbalcommunication skills.
  • Creative thinking and theability to generate innovative ideas.
  • Basic graphic design skills andfamiliarity with tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
  • Ability to analyze data and useinsights to inform social media strategies.
  • Strong organizational skillsand the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Dynamic, ambitious, andoutgoing personality with a strong drive to succeed.

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Experience in a B2Benvironment.
  • Knowledge of SEO and webtraffic metrics.
  • Familiarity with social mediamanagement tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar.
  • Experience with paid socialmedia advertising and campaign management.
  • Talents shall also share coverletter and their previous work sample.
  • Device: talent to use his owndevice

Interview Requirement:


Candidates who are shortlisted will berequired to share past social media campaigns they have managed, along withdata and analytics demonstrating the impact and success of those campaigns.Specifically, we are interested in how these campaigns impacted direct sales,growth in followers, community engagement, and product page traffic.Additionally, candidates should be prepared to discuss their competitiveanalysis experiences. This will be a critical part of the interview process toassess their practical experience and achievements.

Musthave skills and good to have skills: Must have -they should drive sales. They need to stick within ethical boundaries, theyneed to be proactive, they should give idea, self motivated and self driving.

Anyspecific project they should have worked upon:Working with start-up, SAAS, marketing campaigning with SAAS product, revenuegeneration. understanding the tool, animation, how to collect the data, howmany viewed and clicked.
