We are looking for an experienced, passionate and creative Social Media Manager. You will be responsible for developing and implementing our Social Media strategy to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts. Ultimately, you should be able to handle our social media presence ensuring high levels of web traffic and customer engagement.

Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and manage the overall social media strategy in alignment with business
objectives.
- Plan and execute social media strategies that support brand growth and audience engagement.
- Define key social media KPIs and track performance across platforms.
- Manage, oversee, and maintain high-quality social media content across all channels.
- Measure, analyze, and report on the performance of all social media campaigns.
- Stay updated with the latest digital trends, platform updates, design tools, and social media best practices.
- Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and creative teams to ensure engaging, informative, and visually appealing content.
- Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Production teams to create cohesive brand communication.
- Monitor SEO, user engagement, and content performance to recommend optimization opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with industry professionals, influencers, and brand partners.
- Support in hiring and training social media team members when required.
- Conduct research on market trends, competitor activities, and audience behavior.
- Create, edit, publish, and share engaging daily content, including text, images, videos, and timely updates.
Skills:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, their best practices, and current trends.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
- Collaborative team player with a positive and proactive approach.
- Excellent time-management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
