Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement structured social media strategies aligned with organisational goals
- Manage official social media accounts across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
- Plan content calendars and ensure timely execution of campaigns
- Create, schedule, and publish high-quality content in line with brand guidelines
- Monitor social media performance and prepare analytical reports
- Track industry trends and competitor activities to recommend improvements
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity
- Coordinate with internal marketing and creative teams
- Manage community engagement and respond to audience interactions
- Support paid campaign execution and performance tracking
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital trends
