Job Description
This role is ideal for someone passionate about social media, content creation, digital marketing, and building engaging online communities. You'll work closely with our marketing, design, content, and influencer teams to execute social media strategies across multiple platforms.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling social media content across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, and other platforms
- Write engaging captions, hooks, and basic copy for social media posts
- Monitor social media trends, viral content, and competitor activities
- Coordinate with designers, video editors, and content creators for timely content delivery
- Track content performance and prepare basic social media reports
- Engage with audiences by monitoring comments, messages, and community interactions
- Support social media campaigns, launches, events, and brand initiatives
- Brainstorm new content ideas to improve engagement and brand visibility
Requirements
- Strong interest in social media, content marketing, and digital marketing
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
- Basic understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, and other social platforms
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Familiarity with Canva, ChatGPT, or basic content creation tools is an added advantage
- Willingness to learn, experiment, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for creating engaging content and staying updated with social media trends
