Role Description

The Social Media Marketing Intern will support Skill Univ's online presence by helping plan, create, and publish content across social media platforms. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting in the development of social media campaigns, drafting posts, creating basic visual or video content, and engaging with the online community through comments and messages. The intern will track performance metrics, help with competitor and trend research, and work closely with the marketing team to align content with overall brand and campaign goals. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Create engaging social media content (posts, reels, stories, carousels) for Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms for both founders and company .
• Manage daily posting schedules and maintain content calendars.
• Assist in building the Founder's professional online presence through personal branding content.
• Write captions, hashtags, and short-form marketing copy aligned with the brand voice.
• Monitor trends and suggest creative ideas to increase reach and engagement.
• Track analytics and prepare simple performance reports.
• Engage with audience comments, messages, and student inquiries professionally.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube Shorts).
• MEDIA/ JOURNALISM (preffered)
• Strong writing skills in English.
• Creativity in content ideas and storytelling.
• Familiarity with Canva or similar design tools is a plus.
• Interest in education, career guidance, or student-focused content.

• Self-motivated and organized.
• Understanding of personal branding and professional content
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Pay: Up to ₹15,000 per month
