About Us:
Mentoria is on a mission to help young professionals and graduates in India find clarity in their careers through tailored guidance from our AI chatbot and expert mentors. And we need someone who can creatively communicate this across our social media platforms!
What You'll Do:
- Work on the end-to-end social media content process from ideation and concepts to copy and design execution.
- Develop fun, informative, relatable content for Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter (Reels, carousels, stories, memes the works).
- Write snappy captions and know how to use hashtags smartly.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, memes, Gen Z lingo, and pop culture and find clever ways to tie them into our brand.
- Pitch and work on trending ideas, weekend formats, challenges, and engagement boosters.
- Understand the basics of Instagram's algorithm (timings, frequency, engagement hacks).
- Collaborate with the design team or try your hand at basic Canva-level creatives when needed.
- Use AI tools for social media automation scheduling, reviewing analytics, content creation, and even basic designing.
Who You Are:
- You've worked on a social media page or account before could be your own, a college project, or an internship.
- You're familiar with platform-specific content strategies (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter) and content calendars.
- You understand what makes Reels vs Carousels work, when to post, and how to read audience insights.
- You have a great eye for what works and what doesn't on social media.
- You're creative, organised, meme-literate, and can keep up with deadlines.
- Bonus points if you're skilled in Canva, basic video editing, or leveraging AI tools for creative and scheduling tasks.
