Key Responsibilities- Content Creation:

- Develop marketing creatives using tools like Canva or Adobe Suite.
- Write captions, posts, and scripts with attention-grabbing hooks and brand consistency.
- Social Media Management:
- Plan and schedule posts using social media scheduling tools.
- Manage day-to-day activities on social channels, ensuring timely responses and audience engagement.
- Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitor activities to stay updated.
- Strategy & Growth:
- Assist in planning monthly content calendars.
- Optimize posts for maximum reach and engagement.
- Track and analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, followers) to improve results.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with marketing and design teams to align content with campaigns and brand goals.
- Coordinate with influencers or brand partners for collaborations.
Required Skills & Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field (preferred).
- Strong content creation skills (visual + written).
- Proficiency in Canva, basic video editing tools, and social media analytics.
- Good understanding of different social media algorithms and trends.
