About the OpportunityJoin a dynamic marketing team dedicated to driving brand growth and community engagement through innovative social media campaigns. As a Social Media Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in content creation, community management, and performance tracking across various social channels.
Role & Responsibilities- Content Creation:Develop and publish engaging social media content (static posts, carousels, short-form videos) aligned with the content calendar.
- Community Engagement:Manage daily interactions by responding to comments and DMs, fostering audience engagement to enhance retention and sentiment.
- Content Scheduling:Utilize Meta Business Suite and content planning tools for timely content delivery.
- Video Production:Assist in ideation and basic editing of short-form videos for platforms like Reels and TikTok to increase reach.
- Performance Tracking:Monitor key metrics (reach, engagement, CTR) and compile weekly reports with actionable insights.
- Collaboration:Work closely with design, growth, and product teams to align social media activities with broader campaign goals.
Skills & QualificationsMust-Have:
- Portfolio or links to previous social media content.
- Practical experience with Canva or similar design tools.
- Familiarity with Meta Business Suite for scheduling and analytics.
- Basic understanding of social media metrics and Google Analytics.
- Ability to create engaging short-form video content.
Preferred:
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop or Premiere Rush for advanced edits.
- Knowledge of social scheduling tools like Hootsuite or Buffer.
- Previous internship or freelance experience in social media campaigns.
