- Research trending topics across Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and other social platforms in the education, careers, tech, AI, and upskilling domains.
- Identify high-performing post formats, hooks, and engagement strategies relevant to EdTech audiences.
- Create engaging posts, reels, carousels, stories, and bite-sized educational content.
- Maintain a content bank with ideas, references, insights, and trend notes.
- Support the team in planning monthly social media calendars.
- Track platform algorithm changes, emerging trends, creator styles, and competitor activity.
- Assist in organic growth initiatives community engagement, comment responses, and reach optimization.
- Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams to execute campaigns effectively.
Competencies
- Strong understanding of social media trends and creator patterns.
- Excellent research and content ideation skills.
- Ability to craft clear, concise captions and educational micro-content.
- Familiarity with EdTech creators, student communities, and career-focused content.
- Basic design sense; comfort using Canva or similar tools is a plus.
