Position Overview:

We are looking for a Social Media Manager who combines strong creative instincts with operational discipline.

This role calls for someone who can write compelling content, manage multiple brand accounts, handle clients with maturity, and ensure flawless execution from concept to post.

If you're equally comfortable brainstorming content ideas, managing timelines, and leading client conversations, this role is built for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Strategy & Ideation: Develop social media content calendars and campaign ideas that align with client objectives and brand voice.
  • Copywriting & Content Development: Write engaging short- and medium-form content for social media platforms, blending storytelling with marketing intent.
  • Client Communication: Own day-to-day communication with clients, understand briefs, share updates, and proactively manage expectations.
  • Project Management: Oversee timelines, internal coordination, and delivery schedules to ensure campaigns go live as planned.
  • Analytics & Insights: Track performance metrics and share actionable recommendations to refine social media strategy and content direction.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay up to date with social and digital trends, platform updates, and cultural moments that can inspire new ideas.

Experience and Skills Required:

  • 3 - 5 years of experience managing social media for multiple brands, preferably at a creative or digital agency.
  • Proven ability to develop content calendars, write platform-ready copy, and coordinate across design and content teams.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent grasp of brand tonality and storytelling.
  • Ability to multitask across clients, platforms, and campaigns.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and accountable to deadlines.
  • Confident in managing client conversations with empathy and clarity.
  • Creative thinker who also understands the importance of data and delivery discipline.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, and basic analytics dashboards will be preferred.

Educational Qualifications:

  • Graduate or Postgraduate degree.

Working Style:

  • Hybrid setup: 1 - 2 days a week in-office (Gurgaon) or at client sites (across Delhi-NCR) is mandatory.
  • Office Timings:Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM; Saturday: Half day Personality Fit:

  • You can balance autonomy with collaboration, especially in a fast-paced, multi-client environment.
