What You'll Do
Own our social media presence across LinkedIn, X/Twitter, TikTok, Instagram, Threads (and whatever's next)
Create, schedule, and post daily content posts, memes, short-form videos, AI-generated magic, etc.
Build + grow an engaged audience; foster community, not just followers
Stay on top of trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes and pivot fast
Collaborate with founders, product, marketing teams and sometimes directly with AI tools
Manage and optimize paid social campaigns (or be willing to learn fast)
Analyze performance, report insights, and tweak strategy for maximum impact
Experiment constantly A/B test, launch wild ideas, learn what sticks
Skills You Should Have
Deep understanding of social platforms what works, what doesn't, and why
Strong writing chops you can sound human, hilarious, smart, emotional whatever the moment needs
Basic design skills (Canva is fine, bonus if you can fiddle in Figma or edit quick videos)
Knowledge of AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Descript, etc.) or willing to learn faster than you scroll Insta
Strategic thinking + creative execution
Meme fluency (yes, this matters)
Data-driven mindset you like numbers because they tell better stories
Entrepreneurial spirit you love building from scratch, not waiting for permission
Bonus Points If You
Have grown an account from 0 something awesome
Have experience in SaaS or tech startups
Can make boring things viral (it's a superpower)
