We're seeking a creative, data-driven marketer to own our social presence end-to-end. You will shape platform strategy, program content calendars, lead short-form creative (Reels/Shorts), manage influencers, and turn insights into campaigns that grow awareness, engagement, and communitywhile ensuring brand consistency across channels.
What We Expect You To Do
- Social Strategy & Brand Positioning
- Develop and execute platform-specific social strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and follower growth.
- Define content pillars, tone of voice, visual guardrails, and campaign OKRs aligned to business goals.
- Content Programming & Calendar Management
- Build and manage monthly/weekly content calendars mapped to campaigns, launches, events, and trend moments.
- Plan short-form video (Reels/Shorts) and always-on content cadence; maintain cross-channel consistency.
- Creative Production (Short-Form & Always-On)
- Oversee production of posts, stories, carousels, and Reels/Shorts across priority platforms.
- Write on-brand copy, hooks, and CTAs; ensure creative quality, brand safety, and compliance.
- Market, Trend & Competitor Intelligence
- Conduct competitor analysis and social listening to identify white-space opportunities.
- Track trends/hashtags; run content experiments (formats, lengths, thumbnails) and apply learnings.
- Influencer & Creator Partnerships
- Identify, vet, and onboard creators/influencers; negotiate deliverables and timelines.
- Manage briefs, approvals, and performance tracking; ensure disclosure/compliance guidelines are met.
- Publishing, Community, Analytics & Documentation
- Schedule/publish content; manage comments/DMs and community sentiment.
- Define and track KPIs (reach, engagement rate, watch time, saves/shares, CTR, follower growth); deliver reports with insights and optimizations.
- Maintain brand playbooks, content guidelines, and campaign documentation.
