Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Social Media Manager based in Noida, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Social Media Manager will oversee the planning, creation, and execution of social media strategies across platforms. Responsibilities include developing and optimizing engaging content, managing communication with audiences, tracking social media performance metrics, and ensuring alignment with overall brand goals. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to promote brand awareness and enhance audience engagement will be integral to this role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
• Strong skills in Communication and Writing
• Experience in developing and implementing effective Content Strategies
• Knowledge of social media analytics tools and performance tracking
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage time effectively
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
