About Personal Touch Skincare

Personal Touch Skincare is a new-age beauty brand dedicated to elevating everyday skincare through deep product research, a sharp fashion-led aesthetic, and a commitment to quality. We aim to make premium skincare accessible and deliver a luxurious, science-meets-style experience to every consumer.

As we scale rapidly across digital channels, we are looking for a Social Media Manager who can build our brand presence, shape our online voice, and create thumb-stopping content that engages and converts.

Role Overview

We are looking for a strategic yet hands-on Social Media Manager who can own our social presence across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Pinterest, Reddit and emerging platforms.

This is a creative + analytical role that requires strong understanding of D2C brands, especially in the beauty and skincare space. You will work closely with the founders, creative, and performance marketing teams to build a strong brand identity and deliver measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities

Social Strategy & Planning

  • Develop monthly social media strategies aligned with brand and campaign objectives.
  • Create and manage a detailed content calendar across platforms.
  • Identify trending formats, audio, and micro-moments relevant to skincare and beauty.

Content Execution

  • Work with in-house designers, video editors, and influencers to produce high-quality content.
  • Ideate reel concepts, story themes, product features, and campaign creatives.
  • Ensure all content reflects brand tone, aesthetic, and guidelines.

Platform Management

  • Manage daily postings, publishing, captions, community interactions, and DMs.
  • Optimise content for performance (hashtags, posting time, format variations).

Community Building

  • Engage with followers, respond to comments/DMs, and nurture brand advocates.
  • Identify and collaborate with nano/micro influencers for product reviews, UGC, and ongoing campaigns.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track platform KPIs (reach, engagement, saves, shares, follower growth).
  • Analyse weekly and monthly metrics to identify what's working.
  • Present insights and improvement ideas to leadership consistently.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 36 years of experience in Social Media Marketing, preferably with D2C, e-commerce, beauty, skincare, or fashion brands.
  • Strong grasp of Instagram-first strategy (Reels, carousels, stories, and influencer-led content).
  • Excellent writing skills for captions, scripts, and storytelling.
  • Working knowledge of analytics tools (Meta Insights, IG Analytics, third-party tools).
  • Experience in content strategy, trend spotting, and understanding youth culture.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced startup-like environment.
  • A passion for beauty/skincare is a strong advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field preferred.
