We are seeking a Social Media Manager who is passionate about storytelling, trend-spotting, and community building. This role is ideal for someone who can strategize, create, and execute social media campaigns that drive engagement, brand awareness, and measurable results.
Responsibilities
Strategy Development:
- Create and implement social media strategies aligned with clients business goals and brand positioning.
- Plan monthly content calendars and campaign roadmaps.
Content Management:
- Oversee content creation (design, copy, video) with creative and design teams.
- Write compelling captions, hashtags, and campaign copy tailored to platforms.
Community Building & Engagement:
- Manage all client social media accounts including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and emerging platforms.
- Respond to messages, comments, and engage with audiences to build strong communities.
Campaign Management:
- Run paid ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads with a focus on ROI.
- Collaborate with influencers and manage influencer marketing campaigns.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Track performance using analytics tools and create monthly reports with actionable insights.
- Suggest improvements based on data-driven decisions.
Trend Research:
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends, platform updates, and competitor strategies.
- Proactively recommend innovative ideas to keep client brands ahead.
Requirements
- Experience: 13 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, and emerging channels.
- Proven track record of growing social media presence and running paid campaigns.
- Knowledge of social media tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
- Ability to analyze metrics and create detailed performance reports.
- Strong communication, copywriting, and storytelling skills.
- Creativity with an eye for design and brand aesthetics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Certification in Digital Marketing or Social Media Strategy (preferred but not mandatory).
- Knowledge of design tools like Canva or Adobe Suite will be an added advantage.
