Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Manager located in Indore. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, managing social media accounts, and creating engaging content for various platforms. The role includes monitoring social media performance, analyzing trends, and optimizing content to drive audience engagement. Collaboration with marketing, design, and content teams is essential to ensure alignment with the overall branding and marketing goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) is required
• Strong Communication and Writing skills to craft compelling and accurate content
• Experience in Content Strategy and planning social media campaigns
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and apply insights to improve campaigns
• Creative thinking and a results-driven approach to social media management
• Experience with social media tools and management platforms is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is desirable
