Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Manager. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of social media marketing and communication activities. This includes the creation and implementation of social media strategies, content creation, social media optimization (SMO), and writing for a variety of platforms and audiences.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (SMM / PPC / SMS / Email etc)
- Manage and oversee the creation of high-quality content visual, graphic, video and written - for the social media platforms
- Develop a robust social media strategy to boost following and visibility across various platforms and target campaigns to penetrate right market reach
- Analyze, review, and report on the effectiveness of digital campaigns to optimize results, using the appropriate KPIs.
- Drive marketing programs that are highly targeted basis content affinity of relevant segmented audience cohorts.
- Manage all efforts and goals on organic and digital paid media: Display, Paid Social, App.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing content.
- Identifies trends and insights, and optimizes spending and performance based on the insights.
Qualifications
- Social Media Marketing, Meta Targeting, Facebook Ads
- Out of the box ideas, and creativity
- Experience in developing and implementing content strategies
- Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills
- Strong writing skills for a variety of platforms and audiences
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or similar design software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the hospitality or travel industry is a plus
- Graphic design / affiliate marketing experience is an add on
- Knowledge of tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, SEMrush, Clevertap
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
Working Hours & Days: 10:30 AM - 7:30 PM, 6 days a week (Monday - Saturday).
