About the Role:
We're looking for a strategic and creative social media professional to lead the brand's digital presence. The role focuses on strategy, planning, and performance insights crafting platform-specific campaigns that drive engagement, storytelling, and audience growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand and business goals.
- Plan and calendarize monthly/quarterly content with creative and marketing teams.
- Analyze platform insights, audience trends, and performance data to optimize strategy.
- Lead ideation for campaigns, brand moments, and collaborations.
- Ensure consistent tone, messaging, and visual identity across all platforms.
- Collaborate with performance marketing, PR, and design teams for integrated execution.
- Monitor KPIs, generate insights, and recommend data-backed improvements.
- Stay ahead of digital trends, new formats, and platform innovations.
Requirements:
- 35+ years of experience in social media strategy or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
- Analytical, data-driven, and skilled in campaign planning.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in Hindi is a must strong command over both written and spoken Hindi.
