Role Overview
We're looking for a Social Media Manager who's not just a marketer, but a creative thinker and brand storyteller.
Someone who can lead the creative direction for multiple brands shaping their online voice, visual identity, and viral potential.
You'll work closely with our design, content, and performance teams to bring bold ideas to life and make every post *feel like the brand itself.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute monthly content calendars across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other social platforms.
Work with the design and content teams to conceptualize and create high-quality posts, reels, and stories.
Provide creative direction for campaigns, ensuring every piece of content aligns with brand personality and goals.
Write engaging captions and copies that blend storytelling, trends, and strategy.
Manage posting schedules, engagement, and community building across platforms.
Track performance metrics, insights, and report on growth & engagement.
Stay updated on social trends, memes, and platform updates to keep brands relevant.
Collaborate with the paid ads and influencer teams for integrated campaigns.
Coordinate with clients for approvals, brainstorming, and campaign execution.
Requirements
23 years of experience managing brand social media accounts agency experience preferred.
1. Strong understanding of content strategy, engagement, and brand positioning.
2. Proven ability to think creatively not just execute, but conceptualize fresh ideas and directions.
3. Excellent communication, writing, and storytelling skills.
4. Hands-on experience with Instagram, LinkedIn, Meta Suite, and analytics tools.
5. Basic understanding of ads, influencer collaborations, and performance tracking.
