Job Description

Strategy Development: Formulate and execute comprehensive social media
strategies to align with company goals, increase brand awareness, and
engage the target audience.
Content Creation: Develop and curate engaging content for various social
media platforms, ensuring it reflects the brand's voice and resonates with the
target audience.
Platform Management: Oversee day-to-day management of all social media
platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and
Audience Engagement: Foster meaningful interactions with the audience
through timely responses, comments, and messages, maintaining a positive
and authentic online presence.
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on social media
performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous
Campaign Planning: Plan and execute social media campaigns, and
promotions to drive engagement, increase followership, and support
marketing initiatives.
Trend Monitoring: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities,
and emerging social media tools and platforms to keep the brand at the
forefront of digital marketing.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, design, and content teams to
ensure cohesive brand messaging across all channels.
Community Building: Build and nurture online communities, fostering a
sense of belonging and loyalty among followers.
Crisis Management: Be prepared to address and manage social media
crises effectively, maintaining the company's positive image.
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role.
Solid understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinking and the ability to generate engaging and shareable content.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
