Social Media Manager (Entry Level) – Remote (India)

Salary: ₹10,000–₹12,000 per month
We're looking for an Entry-Level Social Media Manager to support our clients social media presence. This role is ideal for someone with some practical experience managing social media accounts who is eager to learn and grow.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain monthly content calendars for client accounts.
- Research industry trends and generate relevant content ideas.
- Write engaging captions using AI tools (such as ChatGPT or Gemini or Copiolt) and refine them to match each client's brand voice.
- Research and recommend relevant hashtags and posting strategies.
- Prepare clear creative briefs for the design team based on client requirements.
- Coordinate with designers to ensure content aligns with the client's branding and objectives.
- Assist with scheduling and organizing social media content.
- Track basic social media performance metrics.
- Prepare simple monthly social media performance reports and presentations for clients.
- Stay up to date with social media trends and platform updates.
Requirements
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a similar role.
- Understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other major social platforms.
- Ability to create content calendars and organize marketing campaigns.
- Good written English and communication skills.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar tools for content creation.
- Basic understanding of branding and content strategy.
- Comfortable using Google Docs, Google Sheets, Canva, and PowerPoint/Google Slides.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple client accounts.
Preferred Skills
- Basic knowledge of social media analytics.
- Experience using scheduling tools such as Meta Business Suite or Buffer.
- Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing concepts.
