Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Surat for a Social Media Manager. The Social Media Manager will oversee the overall strategy and execution of social media campaigns to drive engagement and reach. Responsibilities will include managing and optimizing social media channels, developing content strategies tailored to platform-specific audiences, creating and scheduling posts, and monitoring performance metrics. The role also involves working closely with cross-functional teams to maintain consistent communication and brand messaging.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
• Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Experience in developing and executing Content Strategies
• Excellent Writing skills, with the ability to create engaging copy
• Knowledge of analytics tools to track and improve performance on social media platforms
• Ability to stay updated with current social media trends and emerging platforms
• A creative mindset and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
