Key Responsibilities

Content Writing: Write clear, engaging, and brand-aligned content for social media, blogs, website, and marketing materials.

Social Media Management: Plan, create, and schedule posts across multiple platforms; maintain content calendars and ensure consistent brand voice.

Ideation & Planning: Develop campaign ideas, monthly planners, and creative strategies aligned with marketing goals.

EmailMarketing:Conceptualizeanddraftnewsletters,promotionalemails,and automation sequences to engage subscribers.

Research:Conductmarketandcompetitorresearchtoidentifytrends, content opportunities, and audience insights.

PR&Branding:Supportbrand-buildinginitiatives,presscommunications,and partnerships to enhance online visibility.

Analytics: Track content performance and social media metrics to optimize strategy and report insights.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.

24 years of experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing.

Excellent writing, research, and storytelling skills with strong attention to detail.

Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite) and analytics platforms.

Understanding of SEO, digital trends, and content marketing best practices.

Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
