Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to join our company. Key Responsibilities

- Community Management:

- Engage with followers to build relationships and address inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Foster a positive online community and handle any negative feedback professionally.
- Analytics and Reporting:
- Track and analyze social media metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and content.
- Generate regular reports on social media performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and optimize engagement.
- Advertising and Campaign Management:
- Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns to promote listings, events, and brand initiatives.
- Manage ad budgets, targeting, and performance to ensure cost-effective and impactful campaigns.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing objectives.
- Collaborate with real estate agents and other stakeholders to highlight property listings and company achievements.
- Training and Best Practices:
- Stay informed about best practices, emerging trends, and new tools in social media marketing.
- Educate and train internal team members on effective social media practices and guidelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience (typically 3-5 years) as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in real estate or related industries.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to create engaging content.
