Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Manager located in Noida. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for planning, implementing, managing, and monitoring the company's social media strategies to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts, and drive engagement. Daily tasks will include creating and scheduling posts, designing and managing social media campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with other departments to maintain a consistent online presence.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) techniques
• Strong Communication and Content Strategy skills
• Excellent Writing skills for creating compelling and engaging content
• Experience in social media analytics tools and platforms
• Ability to stay up-to-date with emerging social media platforms and trends
• Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Team-player mindset with a collaborative approach to achieving goals
