Archen Tea is a premium wellness tea brand dedicated to creating authentic flavors, mindful experiences, and sustainable choices. We are currently in our pre-launch phase, building a meaningful online presence and wellness community before introducing our tea blends to the world.

Archen Tea is based in Gurgaon, India, and will soon be serving tea lovers everywhere.

Role Description

This is a part-time, hybrid role. We are looking for a creative, curious, and driven social media enthusiast who wants to learn, grow, and build a soulful brand from the ground up.

This role is perfect for someone who loves wellness content, storytelling, and mindful branding.

Key Responsibilities

Support & execute social media content plan

Create Reels, posts, stories & aesthetic content

Write warm, inspiring & mindful captions

Stay updated with trends & bring creative ideas

Engage with audience: comments, DMs, wellness pages

Assist with influencer reach-outs & community building

Collaborate with founder on creative storytelling

Track basic analytics & optimize content style

Maintain calm, premium and soulful brand tone

Who we're looking for

Fresher / 01 year experience

Basic knowledge of:

Instagram & trends,Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills

Reels & short-form content

Passion for wellness, mindfulness, tea or lifestyle content

Strong Communication and Writing skills

* Proven ability to engage and grow social media audiences

Keen to learn, experiment, and grow

Positive-minded, disciplined & proactive

(Bonus-if you enjoy shooting/creating aesthetic content)
