Role Overview:

We are seeking a hands-on Social Media Manager to lead and execute ALLEN's social media strategy across platforms. This role requires creativity, data-driven thinking, and a strong link between social engagement and business outcomes. You will be the driving force behind channel growth, content excellence, and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Platform Leadership
  • Manage ALLEN's presence across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and Telegram.
  • Ensure consistent brand voice and high-quality content across all channels.
  • Content & Campaign Execution
  • Plan and publish platform-specific content (posts, reels, videos, stories).
  • Collaborate with design and production teams for visual storytelling.
  • Growth & Engagement
  • Drive follower growth, engagement rates, and community building.
  • Business Impact
  • Align social media activities with enrolment goals and lead generation.
  • Work closely with performance marketing team to optimize campaigns.
  • Education Sector Focus
  • Create content that resonates with students, parents, and educators.
  • Highlight academic success stories, mentorship, and future readiness.
  • Analytics & Reporting
  • Track KPIs: engagement, CTR, conversions.
  • Share weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights.

Must-Have Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years in social media marketing with proven success in channel growth.
  • Strong understanding of education sector audience and tier 2/3 city dynamics.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics).
  • Excellent communication and team coordination skills.
