Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for a Social Media Manager. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing social media campaigns to engage audiences and enhance brand presence across various platforms. Tasks include developing content strategies, planning and scheduling posts, responding to audience queries, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring alignment with overall company objectives. Additionally, the role demands staying updated on the latest social media trends and implementing strategies to further enhance reach and engagement.

Qualifications
  • Expertise in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to manage and optimize campaigns effectively.
  • Strong skills in Communication and Writing to craft compelling and engaging content for diverse audiences.
  • Experience in developing and implementing Content Strategies tailored to different platforms and audiences.
  • Ability to analyze metrics, identify trends, and optimize social media performance.
  • Proficiency in social media tools, analytics platforms, and technology trends.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Prior experience managing social media for an educational or tech-based company is a plus.
