Description

We are seeking freshers/entry-level candidates for the position of Social Media Intern. This role involves assisting our marketing team in enhancing our social media presence and engaging with our audience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and scheduling social media posts across various platforms.
• Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.
• Conduct research on current trends and popular topics to inform content creation.
• Monitor social media channels for mentions of the brand and relevant conversations.
• Help analyze social media metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and suggest improvements.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media strategies with overall marketing goals.

Skills and Qualifications

• Strong understanding of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Basic knowledge of social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Buffer).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinking and the ability to generate engaging content.
• Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark) is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
