We are looking for a dynamic and creative Web3 Social Media Manager to drive our digital presence, grow our community, and strengthen the thought leadership of our brand and founders.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute platform-specific social media strategies across X (Twitter), Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Reddit, and other emerging platforms, tailored for Web3 and blockchain audiences.
- Manage all official social media accounts, driving growth in audience size, follower count, and engagement.
- Curate, create, and publish engaging content, including posts, threads, stories, shortform videos, and campaigns.
- Manage and expand the Twitter and LinkedIn presence of the founders, ensuring consistency with brand tone, ongoing initiatives, and industry thought leadership.
- Track and analyse performance metrics (engagement rate, follower growth, impressions, conversions) and optimise strategies accordingly.
- Stay updated on the latest Web3 trends, communities, and discussions to position the company and founders as key voices in the space.
- Collaborate with the marketing, design, and product teams to ensure messaging consistency across all channels.
- Engage with the community through comments, DMs, AMAs, and collaborations with influencers/KOLs.
