About the Role
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Executive (Organic) to manage our brand's organic social media presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should be passionate about content creation, community engagement, and building brand awareness through impactful social media strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and manage content calendars across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X (Twitter), and other social platforms.
- Schedule and publish engaging content using social media management tools.
- Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to create high-quality creatives and campaigns.
- Monitor comments, messages, and community interactions to enhance audience engagement.
- Track social media performance and prepare regular reports on key metrics.
- Stay updated on social media trends and recommend new content ideas.
- Support live event coverage and real-time social media updates when required.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all social media channels.
Required Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in Social Media Marketing or Digital Marketing.
- Experience managing business social media accounts.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and X (Twitter).
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
- Experience with content planning and scheduling tools.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or other design tools is an added advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
