About The Role:

As a Social Media Executive, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end client requirements for social media from strategy development to execution and performance tracking. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to create impactful campaigns that drive brand engagement and growth.

This is a full-time, on-site role at The Marcom Avenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with client goals.
  • Plan and manage content calendars for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and X.
  • Create engaging, brand-aligned content both copy and creative.
  • Conduct regular social media audits and competitor benchmarking.
  • Analyze performance metrics and generate actionable insights.
  • Identify emerging trends and incorporate them into campaigns.
  • Handle ORM (Online Reputation Management) for assigned brands.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members when required.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Copywriting & Content Planning
  • Strategic thinking and creativity
  • Prior experience in a marketing/creative agency
  • Knowledge of B2B, B2C, and D2C industries
  • Familiarity with analytics, paid campaigns, and platform insights
  • Proficiency in conducting social media audits
  • Basic design/editing knowledge (Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, etc.)
