About The Role:
As a Social Media Executive, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end client requirements for social media from strategy development to execution and performance tracking. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to create impactful campaigns that drive brand engagement and growth.
This is a full-time, on-site role at The Marcom Avenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with client goals.
- Plan and manage content calendars for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and X.
- Create engaging, brand-aligned content both copy and creative.
- Conduct regular social media audits and competitor benchmarking.
- Analyze performance metrics and generate actionable insights.
- Identify emerging trends and incorporate them into campaigns.
- Handle ORM (Online Reputation Management) for assigned brands.
- Mentor and guide junior team members when required.
Must-Have Skills:
- Copywriting & Content Planning
- Strategic thinking and creativity
- Prior experience in a marketing/creative agency
- Knowledge of B2B, B2C, and D2C industries
- Familiarity with analytics, paid campaigns, and platform insights
- Proficiency in conducting social media audits
- Basic design/editing knowledge (Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, etc.)
