Job Overview
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Executive (Fresher) to manage and grow our social media presence. The candidate should be passionate about content creation, trends, and digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and handle social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Create engaging posts, reels, and stories
- Assist in planning monthly content calendars
- Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends and viral content
- Coordinate with the design and marketing team
- Basic understanding of hashtags and captions
- Track performance and prepare simple reports
Requirements
- Fresher or up to 6 months of experience in social media/marketing
- Basic knowledge of platforms like Instagram, Facebook & LinkedIn
- Creative mindset with good communication skills
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, CapCut, or similar
- Willingness to learn and adapt quickly
Preferred Skills
- Basic video editing skills
- Understanding of reels and short-form content
- Knowledge of trending formats and algorithms
