We're looking for a creative and culturally rootedSocial Media Executiveto manage Facebook & Instagram pages for a leadingBhojpuri entertainment brand. If you're fluent in Bhojpuri and understand what truly connects with the heartland audience, this might be your dream role.
1) Key Responsibilities:
- Plan & publish daily content (reels, posts, stories) for Facebook and Instagram.
- Write sharp, engaging Bhojpuri captions and copy.
- Spot and adapt to trending moments, festivals, memes, and film releases.
- Collaborate with design/video teams for creatives and short-form content.
- Engage with followers, manage community conversations, and maintain a fun, authentic tone.
- Track performance analytics and optimize strategy for reach & engagement.
2) Additional Candidate Preferences:
- Must befluent in Bhojpuri(reading, writing & speaking).
- Deep understanding ofBhojpuri films, pop culture, and humor.
- Prior experience managing brand pages onInstagram & Facebook.
- Basic knowledge ofCanva, CapCut, or Reels editingtools is a plus.
- Should be proactive, creative, and responsive to trends.
- North Indiabased candidates preferred (remote options available).
