Job Description

  • Read and absorb long-form articles, features, and reports produced by our editorial team.
  • Repackage insights into compelling LinkedIn posts, Instagram carousels, Twitter/X threads, and reels.
  • Write crisp, engaging captions and headlines while maintaining our professional, thought-leadership tone.
  • Collaborate with designers/AI tools to produce visuals, infographics, and video snippets.
  • Track performance analytics and evolve strategies to increase engagement and reach.
  • Stay ahead of trends in B2B social media, fashion, sustainability, and retail conversations.

Must Have Skills:

  1. Editorial mindset ability to quickly identify key takeaways from articles and research.
  2. Strong copywriting & storytelling skills can turn industry-heavy topics into engaging narratives.
  3. Comfort with research-driven content (media, sustainability, business, retail, tech, or policy).
  4. Experience managing social platforms for a media company, knowledge-driven brand, or B2B-focused organisation.
  5. Basic familiarity with design/AI tools (Canva, MidJourney, Adobe, etc.) to brief or cocreate content.

Good to Have:

  1. Prior experience in journalism, content writing, or editorial roles.
  2. Interest in fashion, apparel, sustainability or global trade.
  3. Ability to experiment with new formats (podcasts, newsletters, interactive content).
