About the Role (Social Media Content Production Manager)

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Social Media Content Production Manager to oversee the end-to-end delivery of creative social media content for our clients. The ideal candidate will serve as a strategic link between clients and the internal creative team, ensuring that all projects are executed efficiently, on time, and to the highest standards of quality.

This position requires a professional with hands-on experience in video editing and content production, exceptional communication abilities, and proven expertise in managing creative processes and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

ؠAct as the primary liaison between clients and the internal creative team.

ؠAttend client meetings to understand objectives, creative direction, and content expectations.

ؠTranslate client requirements and feedback into clear, actionable briefs for editors and designers.

ؠPlan, assign, and manage daily tasks to ensure smooth workflow and timely project delivery.

ؠMonitor project progress and maintain high-quality output across all deliverables.

ؠConduct thorough quality checks (QC) to ensure content aligns with client brand standards and creative vision.

ؠCollaborate with clients to conceptualize new ideas for social media videos, campaigns, and visuals.

ؠGuide and mentor the editing and design teams, promoting professional and creative growth.

ؠEnsure clarity of communication within the team regarding project objectives and feedback.

ؠStay current with social media trends, formats, and best practices to enhance content effectiveness.

ؠProvide insights and recommendations to improve engagement and platform optimization.

Qualifications & Requirements

ؠBachelor's degree in Media, Communications, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

ؠ3 to 5 years of experience in social media content production, creative project management, or video editing supervision.

ؠStrong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok) and their respective content strategies.

ؠProficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.

ؠExcellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

ؠExceptional verbal and written communication skills.

ؠStrong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining creative excellence.

ؠAbility to perform effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

ؠExperience in real estate content creation.

ؠPrevious experience managing a creative or production team.
