Role: Social Media Content Manager
The Social Media Content Manager will be responsible for shaping and strengthening our brand's digital presence across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Reddit. This role combines creative strategy, content development, social media execution, and community buildingcritical for enhancing engagement, growing our audience, and maintaining a strong, consistent brand voice within the Fintech space. Given our US-centric user base, we prefer someone with strong English proficiencyideally someone who has studied in the US or has relevant experience working with US audiences.Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Creative Development
- Content Buckets & Creative Roots:Define and build clear content buckets and creative directions (roots) for social media posts, including writing compelling copy tailored to each theme.
- Creative Coordination:Collaborate with designers by providing detailed briefs aligned with brand guidelines to ensure high-quality, on-brand creatives are delivered on schedule.
- Content Calendar Management:Own and maintain a structured social media calendar, ensuring consistent posting across all platforms.
Social Media Management
- Platform Ownership:Manage daily operations for all social media channels, ensuring consistent brand presence, timely posting, and active engagement.
- Performance Analysis:Track, analyze, and report on performance across content buckets to refine strategies, optimize engagement, and drive follower growth.
- Brand Growth & Community Building:Take full ownership of expanding the brand's social media presence and building a strong community across platforms, with an added focus on Reddit & Quora engagement.
Communication & Copywriting
- Email Marketing:Write engaging and clear content for newsletters, product updates, and customer communication.
- In-App & Push Notifications:Create concise and impactful copy for app notifications and push alerts to boost engagement and retention.
