Role Description The Social Media Content Creator is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This position is responsible for planning, creating, and publishing engaging content across social media platforms to showcase Swathi Group's restaurants, hotels, bars, and catering services. Daily tasks include developing visual and written posts, capturing photos and short-form videos on location, and maintaining a consistent brand voice and aesthetic. The role involves monitoring audience engagement, responding to comments and messages, and collaborating closely with marketing, operations, and restaurant teams to promote campaigns, events, and special offers. The Social Media Content Creator will also track performance metrics, suggest improvements, and stay updated on hospitality and social media trends to ensure content remains fresh and relevant.
