About the Role

We're looking for a Social Media Content Creator who can capture the soul of our property and the stories that unfold here. This role is hands-on and diverse: you'll be shooting, editing, posting, and analyzing content, while also supporting the team with creative setups, decor styling, and photoshoots.

Because we're a small team, flexibility is key you'll be involved in a bit of everything, working closely with other departments to bring the hotel's aesthetic and values to life both online and offline.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and executing a social media strategy that align with Karma Chalets
• Creating and curating engaging content that reflects our boutique identity
• Leading collaborations with influencers, creators, and like-minded brands
• Analyzing insights and adapting strategies to maximize reach & impact
• Plan, guide, and manage shoots & creatives

What we're looking for:

• 23 years of experience in social media management
• Strong aesthetic sense + strategic thinking
• Experience managing collaborations and partnerships
• Up-to-date with digital trends and content formats
• Hospitality or lifestyle brand experience is a plus
