We're looking for an intern whose main passion is to create. While you'll learn about strategy, this isn't a role where you'll be buried in spreadsheets or administrative tasks. We'll handle the managerial heavy lifting. Your mission is to be our hands-on creative engine, bringing our brand's story to life through compelling content. You will be the driving force behind what our audience sees, watches, and loves every day.
Your Primary Focus Will Be:
- Hands-On Content Creation (Your #1 Priority): Your main task will be to conceptualize, produce, and edit a steady stream of high-quality Reels, short-form videos, and static posts that make our brand stand out.
- Developing Ad Creatives: Design and build sharp, engaging visuals and videos for our paid marketing campaigns, working to capture attention in a split second.
- Brainstorming & Pitching New Concepts: Act as our idea machine. We want you to constantly bring fresh angles, video formats, and content series to the table.
- Collaborating on the Content Plan: You'll have a voice in what we create next by helping to plan the content calendar and ensuring our social feed is cohesive and on-brand.
- Learning What Works: Briefly track content performance to understand what resonates with our audience, using those insights to make your next creations even better.
