Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Content Creator and Events Coordinator based in Hyderabad. The Social Media Content Creator will be responsible for creating engaging and high-quality content tailored for various social media platforms and coordinate for various CoKarma events and community engagement. The day-to-day tasks include working with social media agencies and freelancers, content planning, graphic designing, video editing, writing captions, scheduling posts, monitoring trends, and conducting analytics to optimize engagement. Collaboration with the team to align content strategies and continuously grow the community engagement online is essential.

Social Media

• Graphic Design, Video Editing, and Content Creation skills
• Willingness to be a part of reels and content
• Experience with Social Media Platforms and scheduling tools
• Strong understanding of Social Media Analytics and Trends
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or related field
• Experience in community management and the coworking industry is a plus

Events

• Plan, organize, and execute events (startup meetups, workshops, networking
• sessions, etc.).
• Work with partners, speakers, and communities to deliver high-quality experiences.
• Handle end-to-end event logistics, from invites and registrations to on-ground
• execution.
• Post-event marketing: photo/video content, thank-you posts, and follow-ups.

Community & Brand Building

• Be the face of CoKarma's community online and offline.
• Engage with members, partners, and event attendees to build long-term
• relationships.
• Come up with fresh ideas to grow the CoKarma brand and community presence.
