Role Objective:
To ideate, create, and manage engaging content that showcases BBT's 3D, AR/VR, and tech-driven projects across all social media platforms highlighting innovation, design, and creativity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute content strategies aligned with BBT's creative and tech identity.
- Ideate and produce Instagram reels, LinkedIn posts, YouTube shorts, and behind-the-scenes videos.
- Collaborate with designers, 3D artists, and video editors to transform project visuals into impactful social content.
- Write captions, taglines, and storytelling copy tailored to each platform's tone.
- Plan monthly content calendars with the marketing and BD teams.
- Stay updated on AI, immersive tech, and 3D design trends to maintain a cutting-edge brand voice.
- Analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and adapt strategies accordingly.
Requirements:
- 13 years of experience in social media or content creation (agency or creative studio background preferred).
- Proficiency in Canva / Adobe Creative Suite / CapCut / Premiere Pro.
- Basic understanding of AI tools (Midjourney, ChatGPT, Runway, etc.) and 3D aesthetics.
- Excellent writing, communication, and visual storytelling skills.
- Passion for design, tech, and futuristic visual content.
- Organized, creative, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments.
