Who We Are

We are a creator-first, non-commercial podcast platform committed to documenting the authentic journeys of early-stage entrepreneurs.

Our unique format pairs these founders with seasoned entrepreneurs from their industries helping them validate, refine, and grow their ventures, all captured in a series-based podcast. Beyond long-form storytelling, we actively shape the digital presence of these creators through high-impact social media narratives, transforming powerful conversations into engaging community-driven content.

With a strong focus on storytelling, community, and content craftsmanship, we're building a digital library of India's next-generation founders and innovators.

Role Overview

As a Social Media & Community Curation Intern, you'll be responsible for shaping the way our brand and podcast episodes are presented across platforms.

You'll work directly with our creative team to curate, schedule, and manage social media posts that amplify each founder's story ensuring our brand voice remains consistent, authentic, and inspiring.

Key Responsibilities
  • Curate, post content (Edited file will be provided) on Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter (X)
  • Assist in managing our community interactions responding, engaging, and nurturing discussions
  • Stay updated with trending formats, captions, and hashtags to improve visibility
  • Collaborate with the core content team to align weekly social posts with ongoing podcast episodes
  • Help maintain a cohesive brand aesthetic and communication tone across all digital platforms
Who We're Looking For
  • Creative thinkers with a passion for content, media, and storytelling
  • Students or early professionals exploring to understand how digital marketing, social media backend works.
  • Familiarity with Instagram, Twitter (X), and LinkedIn posting styles and engagement strategies
  • Strong sense of aesthetics, and tone in writing and visuals
  • Reliable, consistent, and open to feedback

Work Environment

This is a fully remote, flexible internship designed for students, aspiring creators, and content enthusiasts.

Expected commitment is around 45 hours per week, with a focus on output quality rather than hours logged.

Compensation

This is an unpaid role for a non-commercial podcast organization. However, it provides real-world learning, network access, and creative recognition.
