Key Responsibilities:
- Template Design & Development: Design, configure, and maintain high-quality SmartDX (formerly Thunderhead XLSX/CSV/PDF/JSON) templates for OTC Rates, Derivatives, and Structured Securitization products.
- Scripting & Logic: Write and optimize JavaScript and WordML scripts to handle complex template logic, data mapping, formatting, and conditional clauses.
- Integration & API Management: Integrate SmartDX with upstream and downstream systems (e.g., trading platforms, CRM, document repositories, and collateral management tools) using SmartDX APIs.
- Release & Change Management: Manage template release activities, including deployment readiness, version control, regression testing, and production cutover support.
- Testing & Quality Assurance: Execute regression testing and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for linked applications impacting SmartDX outputs to ensure zero-defect document generation.
- Production Support: Troubleshoot template logic, data mapping issues, and workflow errors in production, perfor cause ause analysis to prevent future defects.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Programming Languages: Strong proficiency in JavaScript, XML, and SQL. Experience with Java is highly advantageous.
- Domain Knowledge: Solid understanding of Capital Markets, the post-trade lifecycle, and OTC Derivatives documentation
- Methodology: Experience working within Agile/Scrum frameworks.
- Soft Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a strong control mindset to mitigate operational risk.
