Locations: Vellore, Trichy, Madurai, Salem, Erode

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and supervise the slimming team including dietitians and wellness consultants

* Oversee daily operations of the slimming department to ensure smooth client service and treatment delivery.

* Create and monitor customized diet and wellness plans for clients.

* Ensure achievement of in-house monthly sales and conversion targets.

* Conduct regular training and performance evaluations for the slimming team.

* Maintain client records, monitor progress, and ensure retention through follow-ups and consultations.

* Collaborate with clinic manager and marketing team to run promotional offers and wellness campaigns.

* Ensure adherence to company standards, SOPs, and service quality benchmarks.

Key Requirements:

* Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related health science field.

* Minimum 3 years of experience as a Nutritionist or Dietitian in a slimming or wellness clinic.

* Proven experience in leading a team and handling operational targets.

* Strong communication, consultation, and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to drive results through motivation, coaching, and performance management.
