RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Apollo Tele health Services is looking for Coordinator (Medical Services) to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey
• Patient Coordination: Coordinate patient appointments, admissions, and discharges, ensuring smooth transitions and efficient medical service delivery
• Medical Records Management :Maintain and manage accurate medical records, including patient history, treatment plans, and relevant documentation
• Physician and Staff Coordination: Coordinate schedules and communication between physicians, medical staff, and other healthcare professionals
• Patient Advocacy: Serve as an advocate for patients, addressing their concerns, providing information, and ensuring a positive healthcare experience
• Medical Equipment and Supplies: Coordinate the procurement, maintenance, and distribution of medical equipment and supplies
• Insurance Verification: Work with insurance providers to verify coverage, obtain pre-authorizations, and facilitate billing processes
• Patient Education Programs: Assist in the development and coordination of patient education programs and materials
• Quality Assurance: Support quality assurance initiatives, ensuring compliance with medical standards, protocols, and regulations
• Emergency Response Coordination: Coordinate and assist in emergency medical response activities, ensuring preparedness and effective response
• Collaboration with Departments: Collaborate with various departments such as nursing, finance, and administration to ensure seamless medical services
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and enhanced efficiency in medical service coordination
