The Healthcare services (HCS) business division brings forth unique away-from-hospital clinics specializing inmultiple disciplines. We will soon be offering cardiology, dental, ENT, ophthalmology, orthopedic services and more.
The Wellness business division too will have a range of clinics including Ayurveda, weight management & obesity,mental health and physiotherapy. It also offers comprehensive wellness solutions for individual and corporatewellbeing through its HappiZest unit.

1. Role Overview
The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating interior fit-out works for clinic spaces on behalf of the Company. This includes supervising contractors, ensuring adherence to design and quality standards, monitoring progress against timelines, and ensuring safety and statutory compliance on site. The role requires hands-on supervision, daily site reporting, and close coordination with vendors, consultants, and internal teams.
2. Key Responsibilities
2.1 Site Supervision & Execution
- Oversee day-to-day interior fit-out activities including civil, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, modular furniture, signage, IT, and medical services installation.
- Ensure works are executed strictly as per approved drawings, BOQs, and specifications.
- Coordinate with multiple contractors to avoid overlaps, delays, or scope gaps.
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain workmanship quality and finish standards suitable for clinical spaces.
2.2 Project Monitoring & Reporting
- Prepare and share daily and weekly site progress reports, including photographs, status vs. schedule, and issues requiring escalation.
- Monitor contractor workforce deployment, material deliveries, and adherence to project timelines.
- Flag deviations, bottlenecks, or potential delays proactively to the Project Manager and Procurement.
2.3 Coordination & Liaison
- Act as the single point of contact on site for all contractors, vendors, designers, consultants, and internal teams.
- Coordinate site inspections with statutory authorities (BBMP, Fire, Pollution Control Board, etc.) and ensure compliance with all required NOCs and approvals.
- Support vendors in site access, storage, and sequencing while ensuring security and safety.
2.4 Quality, Safety & Compliance
- Implement strict safety protocols and housekeeping standards at site; conduct daily toolbox meetings if required.
- Ensure the use of approved materials and finishes only; reject non-compliant work or material.
- Verify contractor measurements and assist in preparing RA bills for certification.
2.5 Handover & Documentation
- Ensure snag lists are prepared and closed before handover.
- Coordinate for installation testing, commissioning, and final documentation.
- Support procurement and finance teams in verifying completion for vendor payments.
2.6 Commercial & Billing Support
- Verify contractor measurements and certify RA bills for approval by the Project / Procurement team.
- Assist in preparation and processing of Work Orders, including validating quantities, vendor quotes, and work sequencing.
- Coordinate with Finance and Procurement to ensure timely documentation and processing of contractor payments.
3. Required Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field.
- 5 to 8 years of site supervision experience, preferably in interior fit-outs of clinics, hospitals, commercial spaces, or corporate offices.
- Strong understanding of drawings, specifications, and fit-out sequencing.
- Good communication and coordination skills with multiple stakeholders.
- Familiarity with local building codes, statutory clearances, and safety practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Project); familiarity with AutoCAD reading preferred.
4. Preferred Attributes
- Prior experience managing multi-vendor interior works under tight timelines.
- Hands-on, detail-oriented, and solution-focused.
- Willingness to travel to multiple clinic locations as required.

- Adherence to fit-out schedule and milestones.
- Quality of finishes and compliance with approved drawings.
- Number of deviations / NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports) raised vs. resolved.
- Timeliness and accuracy of site reports and documentation.
- Safety compliance and zero site accidents.
