Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Supervisor located in New Delhi. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operations at the construction site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, coordinating with the project team, subcontractors, and suppliers, and monitoring progress to meet project deadlines. The role also includes preparing reports, managing resources, resolving any site issues, and maintaining quality control to ensure that the work is performed to the required standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in supervising construction projects and managing site operations
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards
• Ability to coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve site issues promptly
• Excellent communication and reporting skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality control
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field is preferred
• Proficiency in using construction management software and tools
