ArchPro is looking for an experienced Site Supervisor who can lead on-site execution, coordinate contractors and vendors, maintain quality standards, and ensure projects are delivered efficiently with attention to detail.

Role Overview

As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations and ensuring work progresses safely, efficiently, and according to approved drawings and specifications.

The role requires strong coordination with contractors, vendors, consultants, and the internal project team to maintain project timelines, uphold quality standards, and resolve on-site challenges proactively.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site execution and ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and site labour for smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the project team.
• Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout all stages of execution.
• Enforce site safety practices and ensure compliance with project guidelines.
• Verify material deliveries and coordinate site logistics.
• Identify execution issues early and coordinate timely resolutions.
• Maintain daily site reports, progress records, and photographic documentation.
• Assist in planning activities to ensure projects are completed on schedule. 

Requirements

• Strong understanding of construction methods, site execution, and finishing works.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, interior, and basic MEP drawings.
• Good coordination and communication skills with contractors, vendors, and consultants.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with AutoCAD is an added advantage.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel and stay at project sites as required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• 1–5 years of experience supervising residential, interior, hospitality, or commercial projects.
